Delivery within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are shipped by Nova Poshta. You can receive your order at a branch, parcel locker, or request courier delivery if this service is available in your city.
Delivery to Europe
We can arrange delivery of orders to European countries using Nova Post international delivery. Before shipping, we confirm the delivery method, estimated cost, and delivery time with the customer.

Estimated delivery cost
Prices are shown as approximate EUR equivalents. The final cost depends on the destination country, weight, parcel dimensions, and current carrier tariffs.

Payment
We can accept online payments by Visa and Mastercard bank cards through the LiqPay payment service. For business customers, payment by invoice to the company bank account is also available.
Before payment, our manager confirms product availability, order amount, delivery cost, and payment method.
Customs clearance
International deliveries may be subject to customs rules of the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, if applicable, are paid by the recipient according to the rules of the destination country.
Tracking
After shipment, we provide an express waybill number or tracking number so you can track your parcel.
